Album Notes & Community Reviews

Guitarist Calvin Keys' second album for the Black Jazz label presents a sophisticated, fluid approach to post-bop and soul-jazz. Supported by complex rhythm section work and rich horn arrangements, Keys' crisp, blues-inflected tone shines through a set of deeply meditative and expansive compositions.
