Album Notes & Community Reviews
American progressive metal trio Canvas Solaris continued to push instrumental boundaries on the incredibly complex 'Penumbra Diffuse'. Relying entirely on virtuosic musicianship instead of vocals, the album intricately fuses heavy, polyrhythmic metal guitar riffs with fluid, space-oriented jazz fusion interludes.
