Album Notes & Community Reviews

capsule's third studio album, 'Phony Phonic' was the duo's first album on Contemode, the label Yasutaka Nakata founded that year, and was preceded by the analog single 'Idol Fancy'. Nakata's production frames melodic, retro-styled electronic pop with female vocals, in the Shibuya-kei idiom of the duo's early work.
