Album Notes & Community Reviews

The Dutch symphonic black metal trio constructs a harrowing conceptual narrative for their fourth album, drastically reinterpreting the classic fable of Hansel and Gretel. 'This Is No Fairytale' utilizes bombastic orchestral arrangements and theatrical vocal performances to detail a gruesome story of modern domestic abuse and occult horror.
