Album Notes & Community Reviews

With 'Cunning Stunts', the Canterbury Scene stalwarts began to noticeably streamline their whimsical, jazz-inflected sound in favor of more accessible, string-laden pop-rock structures. However, the sprawling 18-minute suite 'The Dabsong Conshirtoe' firmly retains their signature progressive complexity and distinctly British humor.
