Album Notes & Community Reviews
Eight years after their highly successful comeback record, the Liverpool extreme metal pioneers delivered another razor-sharp collection of melodic death metal. Retaining their signature gruesome medical terminology and tongue-in-cheek lyrical humor, the album heavily integrates swaggering rock-and-roll grooves alongside intricate twin-guitar harmonies. The release proved their enduring relevancy and mastery of the genre they helped create.
