Based on Smith's final compositions, which he communicated non-verbally, the album was meticulously realized by his brother Jim Smith and a wide cast of collaborators including Kavus Torabi and Mike Vennart. The production blends Tim Smith's last original vocal recordings with intricate arrangements and massed choral vocals designed to emulate his singular style, creating a work that fuses elements of punk, progressive rock, and psychedelia.
