Album Notes & Community Reviews
Ending a self-imposed five-year hiatus, the beloved Welsh post-hardcore quintet returns with an impossibly passionate, heavily atmospheric exploration of emotional grief and romantic longing. Utilizing incredibly dense, shoegaze-inflected guitar walls and sweeping post-rock dynamics, the screamed vocal performances are remarkably melodic and deeply melancholic. It is a wildly energetic, profoundly lonely revitalization of their signature sound.
