Album Notes & Community Reviews

Released a mere six months after their debut, the sophomore effort from the Japanese ensemble perfected their impeccably tight, bright fusion sound. The group's virtuosic interplay is channeled into incredibly catchy, groove-oriented melodies that heavily soundtracked the era's emerging City Pop aesthetic. The record firmly established them as pioneers of technically dazzling, deeply melodic instrumental pop-jazz.
