Driven by punishing volume and hypnotic, dissonant guitar squalls, this debut fundamentally challenged the conventions of the European rock underground. The trio conjured a remarkably heavy and ominous soundscape, heavily indebted to early industrial and noise rock textures. The chaotic energy and unorthodox instrumentation secured their reputation within the international avant-garde.
