Album Notes & Community Reviews
Oslo band Cato Salsa Experience, formed around singer and guitarist Cato Thomassen with Christian Engfelt, Jon Magne Riise and keyboardist Nina Bjorndalen, recorded, produced and distributed 'A Good Tip for a Good Time' themselves on their own Garralda label. Its loose garage rock only reached an international audience when Emperor Norton reissued the album in the United States two years later.
