Album Notes & Community Reviews

Cex is the project of Rjyan Kidwell, who co-founded the Tigerbeat6 label with Kid 606 while still in his teens; 'Role Model', made when he was nineteen, was among the label's first releases. Its playful IDM splices hip hop sampling and drill and bass rhythm programming, and includes his rework of the Dismemberment Plan's 'Academy Award'.
