Album Notes & Community Reviews
The Texas-based experimental collective leans heavily into sprawling, deeply improvisational acoustic pieces on this stark release. Named after their city of origin, the album is a minimalist exploration of free folk, relying on meandering, delay-soaked guitars and Christina Carter's haunting, wordless vocalizations to generate a deeply hypnotic trance.
