Album Notes & Community Reviews

'Ballads My Way' presents Charles Brown's after hours piano balladry, the style that had carried 'Trouble Blues' and 'Black Night' to a combined twenty nine weeks atop the R&B charts. By then Brown had left Johnny Moore's Three Blazers far behind, and the album followed his 'Boss of the Blues' by a year.
