Album Notes & Community Reviews

Charlotte Ercoli Coe, recording under the moniker Charles, delivers an eccentrically lo-fi, 1980s-inspired synthpop record colored by surreal humor. Featuring bass contributions from Ariel Pink, the limited-run vinyl release juxtaposes deeply romantic, lush vocal melodies with an underlying sense of ironic detachment.
