Album Notes & Community Reviews

Recorded in Paris and Los Angeles, the album pairs the ra茂 matriarch with guitarist Robert Fripp, who also produced, and Red Hot Chili Peppers bassist Flea, alongside the Fowler brothers on horns and East Bay Ray on guitar. Widely cited as a watershed in ra茂's creative evolution, it inaugurated an electric form of the genre built on Houari Talbi's compositions.
