Album Notes & Community Reviews

Chelsea Wolfe's incredibly obscure, self-released debut album 'Mistake in Parting' offers a surprisingly conventional alternative rock sound, vastly different from her later gothic folk work. The deeply sentimental record focuses heavily on straightforward acoustic guitar melodies and her distinctly melancholic, longing vocal delivery.
