Album Notes & Community Reviews

Moving beyond his celebrated small-group work, the trumpeter tackles expansive, large-ensemble arrangements penned by top West Coast orchestrators. The dynamic contrast between the massive brass sections and his characteristically fragile, unforced solos creates a highly engaging and unique sonic tension.
