Album Notes & Community Reviews

Nick Murphy's highly anticipated debut under the Chet Faker moniker brilliantly synthesizes soulful, jazz-inflected vocals with sleek, modern electronic production. Recording the entire project inside an old meat-cooling room, the atmosphere is distinctly warm and intimate, heavily featuring slow-burning grooves and vintage analog synthesizers.
