Album Notes & Community Reviews

The eccentric Canadian musician sheds his satirical hip-hop and electronic pop personas to deliver an entirely unadorned, acoustic piano record. The deeply intimate, impressionistic compositions draw heavy inspiration from Erik Satie and Maurice Ravel, showcasing Gonzales's classical training and knack for melancholic, soothing melodies.
