Album Notes & Community Reviews

Propelled by the massive European success of the infectious hit 'Let's Dance', the gravel-voiced singer-songwriter achieved a major commercial breakthrough. 'Dancing With Strangers' tempers his blues-rock guitar origins with a highly polished, rhythmic soft rock sheen. The album encapsulates the warm, mellow aesthetic that would define his late-eighties adult contemporary dominance.
