Album Notes & Community Reviews

Martin Newell's fiercely DIY cassette project captures the absolute essence of lo-fi British jangle pop before it had a name. 'Midnight Cleaners' utilizes cheap synthesizers, tinny drum machines, and jangly guitars to create an incredibly melodic, deeply melancholic, and psychedelic pop record filled with lonely, nocturnal charm.
