Album Notes & Community Reviews

As the second installment of a horrorcore diptych, 'Visions of Bodies Being Burned' advances the group's slasher-film-inspired concepts through a production style rooted in abrasive noise and industrial textures. The soundscape integrates self-recorded effects and field recordings from murder sites, underpinning Daveed Diggs’ detached, third-person narratives that draw from both horror fiction and classic hip-hop. Featuring guest appearances and unconventional time signatures, the album blends experimental production with grim, cinematic storytelling to explore themes of paranoia and vengeance.
