Time Well

Album Notes & Community Reviews

The sophomore album from the Indiana trio was recorded under the supervision of Matt Talbott from Hum, resulting in a massive, fuzzed-out production style they coined 'stoner emo'. The tracking perfectly intertwines the lethargic, crushing weight of doom metal riffs with the melancholic, reverb-laden atmospheres of classic shoegaze. The record firmly established them as pioneers of the burgeoning doomgaze subgenre.
