Album Notes & Community Reviews

Reuniting with legendary producer Steve Albini for the first time since their 2012 breakthrough, the Cleveland indie rockers returned to an intensely raw, aggressive sound. The album marries blistering, punk-infused tempos with enormous power-pop hooks and deeply anxious, existential lyricism regarding aging and repetition. The project was widely celebrated as a remarkably energized return to their most beloved, frantic aesthetic.
