Album Notes & Community Reviews

Codeine's final album, 'The White Birch', is a profoundly somber and lethargic pinnacle of slowcore. The record utilizes glacially paced, melancholic instrumentation to evoke an incredibly cold and lonely winter atmosphere, marking a definitive and deeply depressive statement in 90s underground rock.
