Album Notes & Community Reviews

Diverging sharply from his previous vocal-driven solo work, the Wire frontman composed an entirely instrumental suite that borders on avant-garde ambient music. The record relies on cyclic, minimalist guitar loops and subtle studio treatments, creating an unsettling, highly cinematic atmosphere.
