Album Notes & Community Reviews

Self-producing for the first time, the Canadian songwriter digs deeper into authentic cowboy lore and sparse, unpolished country music traditions. The recording sessions relied heavily on his distinct, gravelly baritone and traditional acoustic instrumentation to narrate tales of prairie life, barroom brawls, and historical tragedy.
