Album Notes & Community Reviews

Formed by Royal Academy of Music students, this British ensemble created an intricate acoustic fusion of chamber jazz and European classical traditions. The entirely acoustic instrumentation heavily features double bass, flute, and piano, carefully navigating complex Renaissance-inspired structures with improvisational fluidity. It remains a sophisticated, highly refined artifact of the UK's early avant-garde jazz movement.
