Album Notes & Community Reviews

Recorded largely on a soundstage in Pioneertown, California, this sophomore effort perfectly captures David Lowery's transition from the quirkiness of Camper Van Beethoven to straightforward, desert-tinged rock. Propelled by the massive crossover single 'Low', the album seamlessly blends cynical, slacker-era alternative rock with twangy roots and Americana.
