Album Notes & Community Reviews
A fiercely feminist masterpiece of the British anarcho-punk movement, 'Penis Envy' completely bans male vocals, placing Eve Libertine and Joy De Vivre at the forefront. The album is an incredibly sharp, relentlessly angry assault on patriarchal institutions, consumerism, and marriage, delivered with highly sarcastic, raw, and politically charged punk aggression.
