Album Notes & Community Reviews

After relocating to Berlin and restructuring their lineup, the Australian expatriates delivered a deeply cinematic and gothic blend of blues-driven post-punk. Simon Bonney's brooding, literary lyricism is perfectly complemented by mournful string arrangements, evoking a distinctly European, nocturnal atmosphere.
