Album Notes & Community Reviews

Eric Bachmann continues to shed his indie-rock past, crafting a robust collection of narratively driven, acoustic-based songwriting. Augmented by horns, strings, and subtle Latin percussion, the arrangements provide a sophisticated, worldly backdrop for his gravelly vocal delivery. The record demonstrates a formidable maturation, cementing his identity as a masterful contemporary folk storyteller.
