Album Notes & Community Reviews
The New York trio dramatically upgrades their Nintendo Gameboy-driven 'chiptune' sound into a massive, arena-sized fusion of 1980s progressive rock and sugar-sweet power pop. The album is incredibly ecstatic and technically proficient, bursting with dizzying guitar tapping, bright synthesizers, and soaring vocal melodies. It serves as an unabashedly joyful, maximalist celebration of classic rock excess.
