Sparkling or Silent / unfamiliar music (paris)

Commissioned by the GRM in Paris, this split release documents two distinct approaches to electroacoustic composition that prioritize the physical properties of sound. The arrangements utilize subtle digital processing and high-fidelity field recordings to manipulate acoustic space and temporal perception. It represents a sophisticated investigation into the boundaries of auditory focus, characteristic of the historical 'musique concrète' tradition.
