Album Notes & Community Reviews

Formed by guitarist Oscar Dronjak prior to his massive success with power metal titans HammerFall, Crystal Age delivered a highly technical, sci-fi-themed approach to Swedish death metal. The sole album 'Far Beyond Divine Horizons' stands out heavily for its complex time signatures, neo-classical guitar solos, and deeply cosmic lyrical concepts. It remains a fascinating, highly overlooked technical gem of the mid-90s Gothenburg scene.
