Album Notes & Community Reviews

Inspired by the 1927 film 'Metropolis', 'Vertikal' is a cold and mechanical exploration of industrial landscapes from post-metal giants Cult of Luna. The album features repetitive, crushing riffs and icy electronic textures that create a sense of vast, urban desolation. It is a monolithic and atmospheric record that balances brutal sludge heaviness with cinematic ambition.
