Album Notes & Community Reviews

Featuring an exceptional front line with Lee Morgan and Benny Golson, the virtuoso trombonist delivers a blistering, highly swinging hard bop date. The complex arrangements provide a rich harmonic foundation that highlights the leader's warm, remarkably fluid soloing style. The album is a brilliant, unpretentious snapshot of top-tier East Coast jazz craftsmanship.
