Album Notes & Community Reviews

In a bid for international recognition, the Polish avant-garde icon released this English-language album largely composed of reimagined, highly progressive interpretations of his earlier Eastern European hits. Backed by members of the jazz-rock ensemble SBB, Niemen's staggering, soulful vocal range is paired with heavy synthesizer interplay and extended, improvisational grooves. The record brilliantly showcases his formidable talent and unique blend of soul, jazz, and cosmic rock to Western audiences.
