Strange Is This World

Album Notes & Community Reviews

Aiming to break the Polish visionary into the broader Western European market, CBS Records produced this English-language release recorded in West Germany. Backed by the heavy, progressive-fusion powerhouse SBB, the record features sprawling, highly ambitious reinterpretations of his earlier Polish hits, dominated by his wailing vocals and complex Hammond organ work. It is a fiery, spectacular testament to his unique avant-garde genius.
