Album Notes & Community Reviews

Interpreting the politically charged compositions of German Marxist composer Hanns Eisler, the former Slapp Happy vocalist delivers a stark, theatrical performance. The arrangements and highly articulate vocal delivery perfectly suit the cabaret-inspired, socially conscious material.
