Album Notes & Community Reviews

The Seattle-based songwriter's seventh album offers a deeply melancholic, largely subdued collection of indie folk. Balancing sparse acoustic laments with more fleshed-out, full-band Americana arrangements, Jurado's understated, emotive vocal delivery navigates painful narratives of broken relationships and profound personal isolation.
