Album Notes & Community Reviews

Produced by Richard Russell, the artist's formal solo debut explores a sparse and highly personal brand of electronic-inflected folk. The recordings prioritize intimate vocal delivery and processed organic textures that address themes of digital isolation and technological dependence. It serves as a significant reflective statement in Albarn's career, prioritizing emotional clarity and structural restraint within a sophisticated and high-fidelity production lens.
