Album Notes & Community Reviews

Following the disbandment of the critically acclaimed Georgia Satellites, the frontman released his solo debut packed with swaggering, unpretentious rock and roll. 'Love Songs for the Hearing Impaired' features crunchy, three-chord guitar riffs, pounding rhythms, and his signature wry, Southern-fried storytelling. Buoyed by the massive hit 'I Love You Period', the album proved there was still a strong appetite for traditional, bar-band rock in the early 90s.
