Album Notes & Community Reviews

Characterized by extraordinary acoustic interplay and ethereal vocal harmonies, 'Lantaloon' represents a high point for British progressive folk. The ensemble weaves intricate mandolin and fiddle lines through complex time signatures, creating a deeply rooted yet fiercely forward-looking acoustic tapestry. Despite a lack of widespread commercial recognition, its sophisticated arrangements heavily informed the trajectory of complex seventies folk.
