Album Notes & Community Reviews

Stepping out from the heavy legacies of Bauhaus and Love and Rockets, the influential guitarist released his second solo effort with a focus on slinky, rhythmic experimentation. 'Foolish Thing Desire' marries his trademark heavily flanged guitar textures and whispered vocals with pulsing electronic beats and glam rock swagger. The hedonistic, nocturnal atmosphere proved highly influential in shaping the alternative dance-rock crossover of the era.
