Recorded on consumer-grade cassette equipment alongside members of the Texas Girls Choir, this self-released album finds the prolific outsider artist engaging in more collaborative, slightly fleshed-out arrangements. 'Continued Story' retains Johnston's signature agonizing vulnerability and Beatles-obsessed melodicism, intermixed with chaotic audio collages and impromptu blues jams.
