Album Notes & Community Reviews

Transitioning away from his lo-fi cassette tape origins, the prolific outsider artist recorded his eighteenth studio album with producer Jason Falkner. Backed by a full studio band, the arrangements provide a polished, power-pop sheen to his uniquely earnest and narrative-driven songwriting. The polished production marked a significant stylistic departure while retaining his idiosyncratic conceptual focus.
