Album Notes & Community Reviews

The Scottish pop trio delivered a pristine, melody-rich debut heavily indebted to classic Brill Building songwriting and modern soul. 'Meet Danny Wilson' features lush acoustic arrangements and pristine vocal harmonies, famously highlighted by the international hit single 'Mary's Prayer'. The album remains a shining example of late-eighties sophisticated pop craftsmanship.
