Album Notes & Community Reviews

Featuring Anders Frid茅n on vocals before his departure to In Flames, this foundational debut is a crucial pillar of the melodic death metal movement. The young Swedish ensemble intertwines complex, dual-guitar harmonies and progressive acoustic interludes with blistering extreme metal aggression, pioneering the highly influential 'Gothenburg Sound'.
